Generally we will provide a refrigerator, range, range hood and dishwasher.  Washers and dryers are provided at additional cost and at our discretion, unless the property is advertised specifically with a washer and dryer.  Built in microwaves, disposals and ice makers are installed in some units; repair is solely at our discretion and we reserve the right to repair or remove and not replace.  This is due to the ever increasing cost of repairing/replacing and the much shorter life span of these units that are now available.
